And boy are they back with a vengeance. I’m speaking of The Muppets of course.
What a movie. Where have these guys been? I had forgotten how much I loved these characters.
It’s time to get things started, it’s time to light the lights….
Sure I would make sure to always visit Muppetvision 3D when I visited Walt Disney World, but I can’t recall the last time I watched an actual Muppet movie. It must be 20 years or so I would guess. I had forgotten how much I truly adored these furry creatures.
What an incredible job Disney did putting this group of beloved characters back on the big screen. And just in time for the Holidays. Talk about a feel good movie….this is it! This has to be the surprise hit of the year and definitely the most heartwarming film for this holiday season.
This is fun for the entire family. It had lots of laughs, great songs, and more emotions than I can possibly put down on paper. (Wait till you hear the rendition of the Rainbow Connection) insert tear here….. Suddenly my childhood all came rushing back to me while I was watching the movie. I remember tuning in on Sunday Nights to see what Muppet Mayhem would ensue that week. This is a movie I know Jim Henson would have been proud of.
And Kudos to all of the new voice talents…they really nailed these characters. The only thing missing from this film was…..well nothing!!!!!! 4 Stars!!!!!!

If I had to choose one word to describe The Muppets it is simply “Outstanding” I’m very anxious to see if this will catapult them back into our mainstream once again and see what Disney will do with it. The referral to The Muppet Studios in the film gives me hope that someday we will see another attraction based off of the Muppets. Who knows where this will lead, but Disney PLEASE!!!!!! Keep this momentum rolling off of this film. This movie, coupled with the release of the Muppets Bohemian Rhapsody last year ought to be proof enough this Franchise still has some hop left in those legs 
